No, cancellation charges within 48hours
Change of product or cancellation is applicable only within 48hours of placing the order.
A customer can cancel the order by emailing us.
Yes, you may cancel one item also from your order.
Refund amount will be credited to the bank account within 7-10 working days.
Yes, you may cancel the customised item too within 24hrs of placing the order.
Sizing & Modularity
We recommend going to your favourite idyl earring in our shop. When selecting a diamond stud size, all the pictures will automatically change to showcase the size you selected. Let’s say you selected the medium diamond stud size, you will then see the medium stud size on the model as well as on the product image. This really helps in comparing stud sizes.

Orders & Shipping
We have smooth shipping process. Our dedicated person tries to deliver the item on time. However if there are any delays, we tend to inform you beforehand. Shipping within India is absolutely free. International delivery do incur charges.
The delivery should be to a residential or commercial location. It cannot be done to any public places like mall, restaurants, movie, hotels, etc
The delivery would be handed over to the customer only. If the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery than 2 more attempts would be made to deliver. The jewellery cannot be handed over to anyone under any circumstances.
In case, you were not available during any time of delivery than it would return to our office and the customer had to pick it up directly.
Once the order is ready to ship, you would receive a message and email confirming the status. Any other time you can mail on the same ID for the track.
Returns & Exchanges
We have 15days exchange policy. The product must be same as shown with the supporting documents.
The customer should carry the following:
- The original billing invoice
- The barcode tag
- Product certification attached to the item
Product can’t be exchanged without the original bill.
Gemstones which are sold once can’t be exchanged.
Yes, note that making charges are tend to be deducted fully

Loyalty Club
For purchase above Rs. 1 lakhs, PAN card Number must be provided upon placing the order. Failure to provide the same shall result in cancellation of the order.
For all shipments, if the order value exceeds Rs 1 lakhs, the customer will need to enter the PAN card number and click on verify Pan card. Only upon PAN card verification the order will proceed ahead to the payment page. The billing name is supposed to be the same as the PAN card else the PAN card will not get verified and the customer will not be able to proceed ahead with the order.
